This new product was introduced at 2015 EMO MILAN, where it impressed visitors with its modern design and dynamic rapid movement up to 30 m/min. Customers choose the FUT machine for its high productivity and excellent stability when machining at limit positions and accuracy.

This machining centre with a movable column is another machine in the TOS Kuřim portfolio boasting high flexibility, which is ensured by its modular concept and the possible use of versatile spindle heads. The workpiece clamping space is also designed to satisfy customer requirements.
This machining centre with FRF movable gantry can be found in more than 20 countries. Customers prefer this machine mainly because of its robust structure, high throughput in a small installation area and high performance. Its high productivity has been demonstrated with more than 120 customers.
A basic feature of the FRU machining centre is the travel gantry that allows full utilisation of the work space. It is designed for machining complex workpieces. Its flexibility mainly results from the possibility of using versatile spindle heads produced by TOS Kuřim.
The FRP gantry centre is designed for standard or high-speed machining of large and very complex workpieces. It consists of a bed on which the table is shifted and a fixed gantry with a movable cross-rail. Customers can choose between a linear and hydrostatic guideway.
A double-column vertical lathe combines the advantages of a vertical lathe and gantry machining centre. We are able to meet all customer requirements regarding the size of the workpiece. The load capacity of the table up to 1,100 tons speaks for itself.
The ČKD SKD double-column vertical lathe is characterised by high cutting performance and high rigidity. Its solid structure makes this vertical lathe the best choice, for example, for heavy machining, roughing of castings and forgings, as well as precision machining, milling and grinding.
The design of ČKD SKJ single-column vertical lathe is particularly suitable for machining very large pieces. The maximum workpiece size is up to 16 m in diameter. Even at these dimensions, SKJ maintains its accuracy and productivity.
